Community coming together after postponing for 2 years.
The grand finale after four date changes and two long years between events. The BDAC community finally came together for their 21st Anniversary Gala to celebrate their hearts out. With incredible entertainment and next level hosting, this event was a night to remember.
Lost Cause Events took care of all elements of the night including:
- RSVP management
- Event supplier logistics
- Emcee and VIP guest management
- All operational requirements, from bump in, to clean up.
- Hands on support on the day
- Emcee notes, event plans and running sheets
- AV and hire requirements
- Decor and room arrangements
- Budget and payment processes for contractors
Tough Cookie Marketing was also an integral part of this event, supporting with:
- Graphic design for digital and print collateral including menus, programs, lighting projections, holding screens, mural wall and more
Due to the impact of COVID, there were many moving parts to the RSVP and guest list management process. The community were excited to attend and therefore all vacant seats were able to be filled without hesitation.
