Lifeline Central Victoria and Mallee launched their first annual Hello For Hope Week with the aim to raise funds so that they can continue to answer life saving calls.
Lifeline CVM initially contacted us to support the development of a new and original fundraising concept that could be used annually.
The scope included developing the new brand and concept, naming the program, logistics and a three year budget plan.
One key feature of the project was the launch event, a powerful and intimate occasion with speakers telling personal stories and individuals and businesses pledging their support for the cause. For this event we provided:
- Venue sourcing
- Menu management
- Decor and theming
- Run sheet creation
- Seating, tickets and registration processes
- Ensuring branding was coherent
- Logistical support on the day
Also supporting this event was Tough Cookie Marketing who provided:
- Logo and brand design
- Design for the digital and print collateral
- Website support
- Fundraising participant kits
Hearing from the 2 guests speakers who spoke about their own lived experiences and what the community can do to support people who may be suicidal.
As a brand new concept, brand and activity, there were many moving parts to bring together simultaneously to launch, including media, event delivery, participation communications and reporting.
